2 second row child seats=worthless 3rd row?

the wifey and i are thinking about a third child, and also kicking around a new 4runner. My question is, If there is a car seat in both outboard positions in the second row, will the make it impossible to get back to the third row? It looks like the second row passenger side slides up to get back there. but with a car seat installed, that would be impossible. correct me if i'm wrong. And i highly doubt 3 car seats will fit across the second row. I know they def won't in my 07 tacoma double cab and i imagine seat width is similar. I really don't want to go the minivan route...

^The only way to get back to the 3rd row would be to take the car seat out and then move the seat. PITA....but if you get a Highlander there is a middle seat that can be taken out at least.

Just FYI

get the highlander. like we did.

in our 2011 you have several options, install the middle seat to make a "bench", remove it and replace it with a center storage console, or alternatively remove the console and leave it empty, so you can walk through to the third row w/out removing car seats.

that's what we do.
