Get a long 17mm wrench and pull towards the front of the engine(as shown) to relieve tension to remove and replace the belt, this is a diagram for cars with AC....One person can do it but it's easier and less dangerous doing it with two especially putting it back on!

There's a big old thread about changing the serpentine belt on an 05 a few posts below yours... And it's also in the sticky too...

Process should be the same. You do not loosen any bolts, put the socket/breaker bar on the "fake" nut on the tensioner assembly (shown in the post above) and apply pressure to pull the bar towards you or downwards depending on how you put the socket/breaker bar on the nut. Slip the belt off the alternator pulley then off the rest of the pulleys. Reverse the procedure and finally slip the new belt back over the alternator pulley. Takes about 10 minutes for one person to change out the belt if you have all the tools.

Is there an easier way to get the bolt loose?

You do not "loosen" the tensioner bolt if replacing the serpentine belt. If you look at the image above you will see that you attach the socket wrench/breaker bar to a "fake nut" (I don't know what else to call it) above the tensioner bolt. Then pull the socket wrench/breaker bar towards the front of the engine bay and the tensioner assembly will move to release pressure on the belt so you can then slip the belt off the alternator pulley.
