hit and run accident

ok so i experienced a hit and run last night as i was on my way home from work..i entered a 4 way intersection and my car had come to a complete stop. I then noticed a pedestrian was crossing the street keeping in mind there was no cars coming i then proceed slowly..as the individual is crossing the street as i waited a car slams right into my front fender..all i can see is parts flying and the car leaving the scene..i have pictures of the accident..based on some of your experiences what are the chances of this car being a total loss.. i just hope my insurance premium wont go up as the police say i was not at fault..here are some pictures

feedback would be much appreciate I am probably going to be in the market for a new corolla NO NON 2011 and how would the process work..would i get money towards a new down payment

Looks totaled to me, but there could be a slight chance that its not. Very similar to mine, but with less damage.

Did the insurance company pay the car in full as a total loss and did you have to take money out for your used xrs after the paper work was finalized or the insurance company provided the down payment toward your new car ?

im just curious as to what kind of car/truck could hit you and do that much damage, and still be able to drive away.

hopefully you get fully covered for a new car, or close to it.

How can you say there is no curse?! A hit and run and a stolen car in 24 hours? That's the work of the curse if you ask me.
