Tensioner pulley replacing help needed

'06 Matrix XR.

Need help on replacing the tensioner pulley.

Once the belt is removed.

Do you need to remove the entire Tensioner assy to replace the tensioner pulley? Or can you just remove the bolt holding the pulley to arm to replace the pulley.

How do you remove the plastic cover on the pulley?
