Cruise Control For 2nd Gen Tundra

Does anyone know if it is possible to add OEM cruise control to a base model Tundra if you didn't get it from the factory. I heard that if you buy the switch that the wiring is already there. I see that it works off of the ECU. Is the ECU different between with or without cruise control? Any Tundra sages out there who know?
