Front Brake Rotor Question

2004 front wheel drive, 4 Cyl w/ 110k on it-

Hey guys, I've been noticing a squealing from my front brakes, and checked out the drivers side front to find that one of the pads was dragging. Also I can not get the rotor to snug up and have no play in it without the wheel on.

How do I get the rotor to be tight on the hub like the passenger side?

Is one of the rotors a after market replacement where the pass. side might be OEM?

No, both are OEM parts, minus pads of course
